2. Information we collect

To deliver service messages we process your name, mobile phone number, the appointment and service details you arranged with the business, and a record of your consent (when and how you opted in).

3. How it is used

This information is used solely to send the service-related messages described in the SMS Terms & Conditions — appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, estimates, invoices, and follow-ups — and to honor your opt-out preferences.

4. Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third party.

Information is disclosed only to the messaging infrastructure providers and mobile carriers strictly as necessary to deliver the messages you consented to receive, and where required by law.

5. Your choices

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Your opt-out is recorded and honored across the program. You may also ask the business that serves you to update or remove your contact information.
